Pamela Angell

Pamela Angell has been working for nonprofit organizations in leadership roles for the past 29 years, including the City-County Animal Shelter, Mesilla Valley Community of Hope, and Amador Health Center. Some of her strengths include grant writing and program development. She received her Master’s in Public Administration from New Mexico State University in 2004 and a Bachelor’s in Professional Writing from the University of New Mexico in 1988. She said her great reward in her career has been working with a committed team of people passionate about improving their community and its people and animals.
