Nancy Knickerbocker brings a wealth of experience in healthcare, having dedicated her career to improving patient outcomes across various roles. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and has worked as a Behavior Analyst, Psychiatric Researcher, Medical Social Worker, Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist, and Healthcare Recruiter. Before retiring, she served as a Vaccine Manager and Immunization Specialist at UC San Diego School of Medicine, working in partnership with San Diego County Public Health. Now in retirement, Nancy remains passionate about healthcare advocacy and is committed to supporting accessible, high-quality medical services. She was drawn to Amador Health Center by the exceptional care and dedication of its staff. As a board member, she leverages her extensive experience to contribute to the organization’s mission, ensuring positive health outcomes for the community.
