Ana Castanon is a compassionate behavioral health provider with over a decade of experience in clinical psychology, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New Mexico. Ana has dedicated her career to supporting adults with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Her diverse background includes providing individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and care coordination across outpatient, community-based, and private practice settings. Fluent in both clinical and community-based approaches, Ana has worked extensively with underserved populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness and those navigating complex social and behavioral health needs. Her collaborative and person-centered approach has led to successful outcomes in housing stability, treatment adherence, and recovery support.
