Samples may need to be sent to external labs for testing. There may be extra charges depending on insurance coverage and sliding fee level. Depending on the provider and the results, patients will be informed of their lab results by mail, phone, patient portal, or during a follow-up visit.

Our office will be closed in observance of holidays on the following dates in 2025: January 1st, April 18th, May 26th, July 4rd, September 1st, November 27-28th, and December 25th.

The Main Clinic is in Suite A and the Amador Recovery Project is located in the same building in Suite D.
Ample parking is available onsite, and the free Roadrunner Transit routes 6 and 7 have stops nearby.
